Acne And Diet – Does Diet Cause Acne?

Diet definitely causes more acne. I could have gotten into more in this video but I didn’t have time! Will have to make another video talking about it. Sugar as an example feeds bacteria and can increase hormone levels. Bacteria and hormone both will cause more acne and more inflammation. By reducing sugar and other things that cause acne you will reduce acne, heal your skin quicker and reduce acne redness. Sugar, dairy, yeast and a variety of other things can cause acne. I recommend that you drink 50% of your body in ounces of pure water each day or more and also eat more raw or steamed organic fruits and vegetables.
