Most people are too acidic meaning they eat and drink too many acidic foods and drinks which make’s their PH levels lower making them acidic. You should eat and drink more alkaline foods or alkaline forming foods… Such as fruits and vegetables, clean pure water and super foods. By eating and drinking more alkaline things your body will become more alkaline and the toxins in your body will flush out where they are supposed to instead of coming out of your skin.
