Acne Causing Foods

In this video I explain acne causing foods and categories that they fit in. You will want to completely eliminate dairy or at least drastically reduce it. Also do the same with meats and excessive protein as well because these cause the body to be more acidic causing your skin to break out further. Also, stay away from artificial sweeteners and sugars because these make your body more acidic and toxic. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake and if you can get only organic fruits and veggies. Also, drink more spring or purified water each day in order to clear up your skin. Diet and what you ingest does effect your skin, saying it doesn’t is like saying that diet doesn’t effect obesity. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and what you put in your body will effect how clear your skin is and how fast it heals ass well.
