Healthy Foods That Clear Up Acne

Healthy foods that clear up acne are kefir, kombucha, kim-chi, any fermented/cultured vegetables and many more things as well. I also got goji berries and blue corn chips in this video because I like them and they are healthy. Quinoa is also great because it regulates blood sugar and insulin and has fiber and magnesium which are great for keeping the skin clear and the digestive system working well. These are all great so I recommend them!
