The Acne Diet – Clear skin smoothie recipe

I want to talk about how to create an organic smoothie that is a good acne diet. All you have to do is get some organic apples, organic banana, organic greens, and a couple of organic baby carrots. Cut them up and mix them all together in a bowl.
